AsoneofthemostimportanttraditionalfestivalsinChina,ChineseNewYear,orSpringFestival,isatimeforfamilyreunionandwell-wishing.Itusuallyfallsonthefirstdayofthelunarcalendar,whichisbetweenlateJanuaryandearlyFebruaryintheGregoriancalendar.Thefestivallastsforfifteendays,duringwhichpeoplecelebratewithvariouscustoms,suchascleaningthehouse,decoratingwithredcoupletsandlanterns,cookingdeliciousfood,andsettingofffireworks.Inthisstory,wewillfollowafamily'sreunionjourneyandwitnesshowtheyexperiencethejoyandwarmthofChineseNewYear.ItwasachillywinterafternoonwhenMr.Zhangarrivedatthetrainstation.Helookedaroundandsawmanypassengersrushingtocatchtheirtrains.Hefeltalittleanxiousbecausehehadnotseenhisfamilyforalongtime,andhehopedtoarrivehomebeforetheNewYear'sEvedinner.Mr.Zhangtookhisseatonthetrainandsighedashewatchedthesceneryoutsidethewindow.Herememberedthedayswhenhewasalittleboy,whenheusedtocelebratethefestivalwithhisparentsandsiblings.Butnow,hisparentsweregone,hischildrenlivedindifferentcities,andhiswifepassedawayseveralyearsago.Hefeltlonelyandsad.
